A life-changing encounter

1998 – The decisive trip
A volleyball training internship brings Grégory to Alicante, where one sunny afternoon on Playa de San Juan, he falls in love with the Mediterranean vibe. That first encounter with the Costa Blanca — brilliant sun, turquoise sea, warm locals — leaves a lasting impression.

2001 – Falling for the region
With each visit, Grégory is increasingly charmed by the Spanish lifestyle: the delicious cuisine, exceptional climate, friendly people and stunning landscapes. Enchanted, he naturally decides to settle down — and even considers retiring here.

2003 – First steps in real estate
Grégory started out by helping British tourists and Erasmus students find more comfortable and affordable housing.

Driven by his passion for Alicante, he generously offers tips and insider advice. Through this experience, he quickly gains in-depth knowledge of the local market and builds a strong network.

2004 – Brand launch and agency opening
