A meeting that changed everything

1998 - The Decisive Trip -
A volleyball training camp brought Grégory to Alicante, where he discovered, during an afternoon on San Juan Beach, a Mediterranean atmosphere that instantly captivated him. This first contact with the Costa Blanca, combining bright sunshine, turquoise sea, and a warm welcome, left a lasting impression.

2001 - Falling for the Region -
Over several visits, the entire Spanish lifestyle charmed Grégory: the Hispanic gastronomy, the exceptional climate, the friendliness of the locals, and the beauty of the landscapes. Won over, he decided to settle permanently, even planning to spend his retirement here.

2003 - Early Days in Real Estate -
Grégory started by guiding tourists and Erasmus students towards more comfortable and affordable accommodation.
Driven by his passion for Alicante, he freely offered advice and local tips. Through this experience, he quickly gained in-depth knowledge of the local market and built a solid network.

2004 - Brand Launch -
Building on his experience and facing the region's tourism boom, GrĂ©gory decided to launch his own estate agency from his studio in the BenalĂșa district, in the city of his first love, Alicante.
